OUR COMMUNITY

With a passion for everything fitness and health, Coach Casey, CPT, RN, BSN, took an opportunity to help those around her achieve their goals through teaching vitalizing online fitness classes. Coach Casey was overjoyed as she quickly saw her class members become happier, healthier, stronger, and empowered after only a few low-impact, fun workouts from home each week! 

She joins a community of strong individuals every week to workout in the comfort of their homes (because who wants to leave the house when you can get a great workout in from home?) who enjoy growing together while becoming the healthiest versions of themselves.

By encouraging a positive outlook, strong mindset, respect for our bodies, and a instilling love for healthy living in the midst of the craziness of life, Casey's class members have expressed a craving for classes to continue year round. She is excited to have you join the great community found in JOYnMovement.
